The staff at New Life genuinely cares about each and every client. I spent 30 days at the residential facility, and I also attended the Outpatient program, which met 3 times weekly. My experience truly changed my life for the better. I inherited tools and life skills that will stick with me for the rest of my life. Chris, Marie, and Derek made me feel right at home from the start. They sincerely want every client to succeed. To anyone who is on the fence about getting into recovery, all i can say is, just do it! You won't regret it! New Life will not let you down!

I completed this program a little over a month ago, I stayed at residential for about 45 days in total. I was a mess when I went in there. I'm happy that I can say I'm still sober, I thank God every day for this program. Someone who stands out to me the most is Marie. She ran gender group and the tools she provided when it was just us girls I will never forget. She really cares and believes in our abilities as women. She told us we were worth it and had purpose every day. When you feel like garbage you don't think you're worth much, but when you hear it every day you start to believe it.

I was there in October 2018. I highly recommend New Life if your looking to get help with an addiction. All the counselors and staff are very knowledgeable and are really focused on helping you learn as many tools as you can in beating your addiction. Marie was my counselor and she really helped me open up more and learn more about myself. She is very knowledgeable and listens very well. She really puts her heart into her job. The food is very good as well.

I am so grateful for everything Chris and Marie have helped me accomplish from my sobriety to loving myself again. Between Chris's motivation and energy to Marie's kind loving nature they make it easy to open up to help put me back together. Thank you so much Chris and Marie for being an inspirational dynamic duo.

I'm grateful for Janet to help me get the right care!! This is my first recovery attempt, and did not know what to expect. From 30 days residential to IOP. Chris was my counselor, and man this guy has all the energy in the world. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of recovery and the 12-steps. All the staff at New Life was real helpful. I have over 300 days clean and sober!!

This is my 1st recovery program. I learned how to deal with my addiction in a healthy manner. Group sessions helped me focus on the bigger picture and my impulsive behaviors. Chris P. help motivated me to see my talents and dreams. We focused on developing a plan of action for life. I have over 122 days clean and sober.

This program helped me gain my confidence back to fight back against my addiction. I have 90 days today, and is grateful to Chris and Derek for there motivation and help. Good experience and nice environment . Classes and information was very helpful. Really enjoyed Gary's groups and the staff was good. I would highly would recommend this program.

This was my first time in any type of treatment program. My counselor was Chris Peckham, this guy is hungry and motivated for success. L earned a lot in the groups and how to work through my anger and resentment. My drug of choice was alcohol and marijuana, I thought these drugs could help me through life, boy was I wrong. This program really changed my life!! I was a hopeless meth user with no future. I have been in and out of jail for years. When i was finally sick and tired of that life style, my family started searching for a treatment program for myself. New Life helped me obtain the tools that i needed to stay clean and sober. Counselors, groups and food were great! The staff really cared. If you are looking for a good program call New Life. They helped me changed my life.

I'm still clean and sober!!!! This program is the best. I did not go through the pink house, just enrolled in the IOP. The director/my counselor Chris runs a grate and solid program. Janet at the main office is wonderful to talk to. I learned how to work through my issues without drinking on a daily basis. New Life ROCKS!!

The staff at the new life office and the counselors at the IOP program are great! My counselor Derek has really helped me out when it comes to certain issues I've been dealing with, and both him and Chris really know how to keep the groups interesting so everyone wants to be involved. The house I'm staying at is great and I'm lucky that there's a great group of guys here. Our house manager John is really good too, he keeps everyone on their toes. It feels good to be in a stable environment and still be able to go to work and have some free time to myself as well. I'm glad I chose New Life to help me start out on my journey through recovery.

I completed residential a few months ago, and still going strong with using!! I'm grateful for the opportunity to get to go to treatment. I live in San Francisco and did not get to go to outpatient, where Chis Packham runs that program. I loved his educational groups, along with Gary's groups. They are very knowledgeable in addiction and how to remain clean and sober. Chris is a great motivational speaker and need to adventure in becoming a motivational speaker. Thank you New Life.

What can I say about this wonderful and life saving program. The education is great, food great, clean, and the counselors are different ages and backgrounds. For example, Chris Packham a retired pro fighter and has over 11 years clean, highly motivating speaker and his energy WOW! Janet, at the main office was friendly and helpful. it's 2018!! I wanted to thank Janet for listening to me when I first walk through the doors in 2017! Janet introduce me to Chris Packham who will be my counselor. When I entered IOP back in January 2017 I did not know my life would change. Chris is a great motivational speaker. His voice and energy speaks to me in so many ways. I just celebrated 5 months on Christmas Eve. I entered IOP on July 3rd 2017 and this is where I met Chris Pakham. He greeted me with a big smile and a firm handshake making me feel like a million dollars. Chris' energy lights up the room and his group dynamics are phenomenal. I learned about my addiction and ways to cope with life. There was another junior counselor named Anna made me feel welcome and comfortable enough to share my personal secrets. I hated it at first; as any junkie detoxing off heroin would... But as I sobered up and got my wits about me (for the first time in a long time) I grew to love the staff and most the clients too. Danika, Art, Chris, James, Caryn, Jeff, Andrea, Jeremy, Ryan, Gary, and Greg all genuinely care about their clients and instill a good combination of compassion and tough love. Jeremy's cooking is pretty damn good too! When I first got there a departing client stole my Beats headphones and Art, James, and Ryan made sure that the facility bought me a new pair. I've wanted to make a review for New Life. I completed residential treatment 160 days ago and still clean and sober!!!!!! The staff at New Life is great and there is one cat name Chris P. who has energy for days. Very knowlegde in addiction and great motivation speaker. The food was good and the other counselors are helpful. I reommend this place for people who struugle with addiction!!

New Life is the best thing I've ever encountered, When my daughter needed help, New Life provided the perfect solution for our entire family. From the time we first spoke on the phone until my daughter left the Residential program to return home. She now participates in the Out-Patient program. New Life is supportive, flexible, and professional in meeting our needs and continues to do so. In addition, the fees were reasonable. This was my first time in residential treatment and it not know what I would be learning and what people come to this recovery center. I was in residential for 90 days before transitioning to IOP, which was a blessing, because Chris Packham was my counselor. This man is kind, loving, knowledgeable, and his energy is amazing. I have been struggling with my addiction for the past 22 years. I entered IOP to get my life back on track. My counselor was Chris Packham. This guy has so much energy and knowledge I'm grateful to have work with him. He helped me with my communication skills and setting boundaries with my family and friends. I will be graduating today from my IOP program I am feeling a bit of sadness because I will not be seeing my New Life family as much as I would like. I am extremely thankful to the staff in specific my counselor Derek Millsap. Derek has been instrumental in my recovery. In our life time there are times that we unexpectedly fine ourselves in a situations we never thought we would be. At times discouraged and disappointed in ourselves, we try to pick up the broken pieces ourselves only to discover that we cant do this alone. I was one of those people. Making the decision to ask for help was hard, however today I can see that it was the best decision of my life. I recall the first day walking in to New Life and seeing Chris Packham, he greeted me with such warmth and a great smile, Immediately making me feel at home. This was my first time in recovery, I absolutely loved the structure of the program that Chris Pakham runs and I am very grateful. Chris is incredibly gifted, compassionate and his personal stories were extremely inspirational. For the first in a long time I felt hope and a desire to stay clean.

New Life Recovery Center has been one of the greatest experiences that I could have asked for. I was fortunate enough to be able to partake in both the in patient and outpatient programs. Being in the outpatient program has been an absolute blessing for me in regards to transitioning back to work and my everyday life. I am currently working with Chris in the out patient program and without this man, this transitional phase that I am going through would have been close to impossible. Chris has been a great mentor and motivational figure in my life. He always makes himself available to his clients and pushes me to reach out to him every single day. I cannot imagine anyone else responding to texts at 5:30 in the morning, but he always makes it a point to be available! Through his personal experiences and his positive outlook on life, my view on my recovery has drastically changed. Not only do I find myself more "hungry" as he likes to call it, but I also am able to enjoy life in ways that I didn't believe I could in sobriety. This was my first treatment program and did not know what to expect. Chris Packham was the first person at the outpatient program I met. He made me feel comfortable and welcomed. He informed me what I will be doing in the course of the program. His classes are knowledgeable, high energy, motivating and grab your attention. New life has changed my life in more ways then one. I have never been to rehab and I have to say, it was a blessing in disguise when I checked in. Although I was angry and miserable at my worst, they were willing to put that aside and see that I was just in pain. The staff did everything they could to comfort me and accommodate. The staff GENUINELY CARES. There's no doubt in my mind that this recovery center will forever be the reason my life is continues to get better and better. He taught me how to be open minded, self care, happiness, love, support, confidence, all things I had been lacking for years. The way Gary teaches us is so great. He talks very thorough; he writes on a board so we can visually learn, he lets us ask as many questions as we need, and he makes sure we UNDERSTAND. A truly amazing opportunity I gave myself through New Life Recovery, which has changed my life forever. The program identified issues I had been suppressing, helped build a foundation of love for myself, and provided me the tools I will need to carry on and never turn back. They create a comfortable environment in group settings as well as 1 on 1 counselings. I had issues not only with the disease of addiction but I also was facing some legal battles as well.
