Phenomenal Facility & Staff We chose Monarch Cove treatment center for our son who admitted for dual diagnosis care for Eating Disorder & PTSD. From the intake process to getting a single-case agreement from our insurance to gain full coverage, the staff took immediate action to advocate for us. Sheila @ intake, both Jessica & Brianne in Administration did a great job. My son was treated well, with nurturing & understanding care while he was adjusting. The food was wholesome and delicious-gourmet choices. The nurses on staff were attentive and caring. The beautiful grounds and fresh sea air, provide a peaceful environment..not to mention the Monarch Butterflies!! It was these little touches that gave our son comfort in his darkest days. The Therapists, particularly Mary Beth were wonderful. She had compassion and was very knowledgeable as he was working through some challenging things. The Head Psychiatrist Dr. Renee Hill was professional, knowledgeable, but had a wonderful nature about her, she truly cared and worked hard for our son. Both Mary Beth & Dr. Hill were a wonderful support me throughout our sons stay. The PHP program was top notch. Ashleigh did a great job and was also a wonderful communicator. I recommend this facility highly and want to again, so THANK YOU for all that you did for our son. Pacific Grove will always be a special place to us, a big turning point in his life!
